The 805 Walkers program is run by the same instructors that created the boot camp program so you will get the care an attention that has made that program so popular.
Certified Fitness Instructors take you on a low impact adventure three days every week. The challenge is designed to get you lasting results!
We focus on stretching, flexibility and range of motion for your joints, low impact strength exercises, walking longer distances to improve your cardio capacity as well as a good education in nutrition that will help you realistically eat healthier. Make new friends or bring all of yours for an energetic workout that will keep you feeling full of life.
