805 Walkers!

805 Walkers is a 6-week commitment, not a walk in the park!

There is a purpose to the 805 Walkers and that is to get each person to a better place through nutrition and exercise but at a gradient that they can manage.

Certified Fitness Instructors take you on a low impact adventure every day for 1 hour. 

Runs concurrent with all 805 Boot Camp Tours.

5 Days each week

Monday-Friday

Currently we have  5:30am - 6:30am 
If you are interested in a later class time, let us know.  We need a minimum of 10 people to hold a class.


$375 per Walker Session

This program  focuses on  stretching, flexibility and range of motion for your joints, low impact strength exercises, walking longer distances to improve your cardio capacity as well as a good education in nutrition that will help you realistically eat healthier.

Roll Call is taken, accountability on nutritional choices is kept.

Make new friends or bring all of yours for an energetic workout that will keep you feeling full of life.
