EATING OUT?
Wilamena is a camper and also a server at CPK. She gave an EXCELLENT suggestion for anyone eating out ordering a LARGE salad!
Have half of it served to you while you dine-in and as your server to package up the other half in a TO-GO container!
You'll get TWO meals out of it and won't be tempted to overdo your intake.
Serving sizes are out of control these days so you have to educate yourself and work to stick to it.
RECIPE IDEAS

Debra D baked and brought these for our 3rd Year Anniversary! They are absolutely DEEEEELICIOUS! You would never know there is no sugar at all in them.
