There are three programs available, but they do have limitations if this is your first camp.

Red Track Program - First Time Campers
$375
This is known as our FULL PROGRAM.
All first time campers must start on the Red Program. This program consists of nutrition plus exercise and a lot of accountability on both!
It is the most successful program we have which results in helping someone move closer to a weight loss, fat loss or muscle building goal.
What you get:
-24/7 full invasion of your nutritional choices
-Basic training and guidance on how to make good nutritional choices every day
-Food Journal (Camp Survival Manual)
-6 weeks of Boot Camp workouts (M-F) certain holiday's off (ask for details)
-Photo coverage (and free downloads) of your experience -Pre-Camp Body Screening
-Pre-Camp Fitness Endurance Testing
-Before and After Photo Session
-Post Camp Body Screening
-Post Camp Fitness and Endurance Testing
-Camp Uniform (1, delivered on BTO Day)
-Make-Up Basic Training and Orientation Day Option
-Saturday Work Outs (when offered) no-charge
Attending 25 or more days (hours) earns you a $50 discount when returning!

White Program - Returning Campers
$325 or $300 (depending on if you take a journal)
Once you have graduated* TWO Red Track Programs you are qualified for the White Track.
You now have a CHOICE as to whether you want our nutritional portion of the program or not.
Attending 25 or more hours of camp during the White Track Program earns you a $50 discount on your next sign-up!
*graduating means attending 25 or more hours of camp.

Blue Track Program
Available for returning campers only. $15 per day, paid in advance.
It is for workouts only.
Paying online includes a processing charge and a minimum of 5 days.
