"I personally hate running (used to be a runner), however it's the best cardio in my experience. The variety, the people, the trainers and the locations. I live in Simi but now I'm visiting new places I didn't know existed. I love the very different ways to get warmed up each morning. I have never done many of those exercises and they're always different and my heart is pumped and ready to go for the hour. My pants are fitting looser and my normal stomach problems are significantly less. Best money I've spent in a while :)" -MM

AMAZING!!! And the numbers are proving it!! On 09/11, I was told that my cholesterol was 248 (HDL=41 & LDL=163). That was enough to convince me that I had to join boot camp! Here it is, the 3rd week of my 2nd session and I had my levels checked again. What an amazing difference boot camp has made! My cholesterol is down to 183 (HDL=49 & LDL=118)!!!!
