SOME FAQ's

When is camp?  We will give you a schedule with the exact locations and times.  It changes every single Camp Tour.  These are passed out at Basic Training and Orientation.  They will also be emailed as part of our Welcome To Camp #______ which we send the day before Day 1.

Where is camp? We will give you a schedule with the exact locations and times.  It changes every single Camp Tour.  These are passed out at Basic Training and Orientation.  They will also be emailed as part of our Welcome To Camp #______ which we send the day before Day 1.  Look for our giant feather flag and truck (Toyota Tundra).  We arrive 15-30 minutes early (depending on the workout planned and set up).

Does my attendance matter? Oh yes, it does!  You must earn a specific number of Camp Credits in order to Graduate.  Graduating earns you a cool 805 Boot Camp Dog Tag PLUS a sizable discount if you choose to return.  Those signing up on the Couples Program do not earn a Dog Tag or Discount.

What do I wear to camp?Dress in layers.  We will be running/walking mostly on dirt trails and paths. Expect to get DIRTY AND MUDDY so have a plastic bag to put your shoes in and a pair to change into.  A towel is also helpful in case you get muddy on your rear (to put on your car seat).  If you do not have trail shoes, we highly recommend you get FITTED by a professional shoe store.  DO NOT BUY INSERTS!!!  Shoe technology today is incredibly scientific and that is why they cost over $100 in most cases.  Your shoes will make a difference in how your experience goes.  If anything, they are THE MOST IMPORTANT PART!

What do I bring to camp? A mat (thicker than yoga mat) that you will use on the dirt, grass, asphalt.  PUT YOUR NAME ON IT CLEARLY VISIBLE (do you want some other sweaty body to accidentally lay on your mat?) and two free weights.  We recommend 5 lb weights for women and 10lb weights for men.  A water bottle and sweat rag are optional.

What do I NOT bring to camp?No phones, purses, valuables.  We take your keys and secure them.  If you bring your phone, leave it in your car OUT OF SIGHT.  We are 100% focused on working out and want 100% of your attention for the entire hour.

Can I wear headphones (or similar)? No.  You cannot wear any sort of buds, phones...nothing. We want you to hear us, your new boot camp buddies, traffic, birds, the wind.  NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS.

What if I cannot do an exercise? We will modify any and all exercises for you if you cannot do them OR we will have a replacement exercise for you to do.  No matter what, we will keep you MOVING.  If you have limitations we appreciate when you come early to camp to discuss what your options will be OR you can call us and talk about it and then have a plan.  WE DO NOT TELL YOU WHAT THE WORKOUT WILL BE, DON'T ASK.  Since 2005 we have never revealed the workout...it's one of our biggest secrets!  After a while you might see a pattern...it isn't a pattern.  It's fun to guess though!  Just ask JoAnn Goldsmith or Angie Liston.  They're famous for guessing and getting it right!

If I am running late what should I do? COME.  SHOW UP.  If we are not at our location then just start moving across the planet.  We LEAVE after doing Roll Call.  Be sure you follow up later if you arrive and we don't see you so you can get the Camp Credit.  If you know you will be late TEXT US and we'll let you know which direction to go when you do arrive.

How much is it?   See our PRICING PAGE

Is there a Military Discount? Yes.

Do you have age limitations?Yes.  You must be an adult.  18 years or older.  We allow parents to do the program WITH THEIR KIDS if the kid is up for being bossed around by us and follows directions.   It's a tough workout and we want it to be FUN!  If it isn't fun...well...then it isn't fun!  The tone is set and we all know how distracting an unhappy person can be.  We NEVER EVER want a kid forced to do our program EVER.

Are there physical limitations?  Yes.  You need to consult with your doctor to make sure this is going to be a good fit for you.  This is part of our Waiver.  Call to discuss if you are concerned.

What is a Referral Commission?  We love when you bring someone to join our program!  To thank you we will give you a 10% Referral Commission on whatever they sign up for.  This applies to FIRST TIME CAMPERS only.
