The official "Murph" workout is BEASTLY.

  • 1 Mile Run
  • 100 Pull Ups
  • 200 Push-Ups
  • 300 Squats
  • 1 Mile Run

...in a 20 lb vest or body armor!

We will be creating a modified Murph workout with 100% of the RESPECT and HONOR that the incredible man that LT Michael P. Murphy (and ALL of the men and women that serve our great Nation) deserves.

We are accepting (and hoping for) donations at this event.  100% will be forwarded to the Foundation created in his honor.

The purpose of Monday's workout is to honor our Military.

This year we will donate 100% to LT Michael P. Murphy and the Foundation created in his honor.
