running no less than 10 miles. I have a race or two planned in the future and I use them to stay motivated on making good food choices and putting the mileage in.
I discovered the difference in the power and energy my body had when I began putting more nutrient dense foods into my diet.
You should pay attention to the signs and signals your body is telling you if you embark on this concept.
Not only do I have more energy but I feel healthier from the inside out!
