Campers rotate between challenges from tire flips to ropes at for 60 seconds with a 20 second break to move to the next station.
The stations can be 10 to 40 which is why you get an overall workout like no other.
Invented in 2011, Randy wanted to get ALL of the equipment being used at once.
Partner RandyLand is a little different with TWO OF THE SAME CHALLENGE happening for 60 seconds at a time. Working with a partner can make you push a little harder.
